Use this OSHA checklist to ensure your agricultural machinery is properly equipped with ROPS, and tractor operators are observed using best safety practices. Satisfies req. of 29 CFR 1928 Subpart A-C.
1. Every employee who operates a tractor has been trained and informed about safe operating practices per OSHA and procedures per their employer.

2. All agricultural tractors manufactured after October 25, 1976 are equipped with roll over protection (ROPS)

4. All tractors equipped with ROPS shall also be equipped with a permanently affixed label stating: Manufacturer name and address, Model Number, Tractor makes, models or series numbers that the structure is designed to fit, and test and certification specifications.

5. The operators' station inside ROPS equipped tractors is free from sharp surfaces, edges and corners that could cause injuries in the event of an upset.
