Working Around Skylights Inspection

1. Have skylights been identified prior to the start of operations?

2. Are all skylights covered?

3. If skylights are not covered, and the drop is 6' or more, is there a guardrail system or are employees tied off with a fall arrest system?

1. Are tools picked up and away from walking areas?

2. Are all walking surfaces, including entryways, free of debris?

3. Are all walkways free of cords, hoses, ropes, and other wires?
