Uneven Surfaces in Tree Care and Landscaping Inspection

1. Does the work area have any holes or dips in the ground?

2. Are there puddles, ponds, or other small bodies of water within the work area?

3. Are there areas where soil or the ground is raised?

4. Are there raised tree roots, rocks, or debris in the work area

5. Are the uneven surfaces marked or flagged?

6. Are surfaces clear from fallen limbs, leaves and other debris?

7. Is there enough lighting at the jobsite for employees to see uneven surfaces?

8. Are employees wearing footwear appropriate for the terrain?

9. Are employees watching where they are walking?

10. Are employees sitting, standing or otherwise stationary while using a mobile device?

11. What are the uneven surfaces in the work area? (Ex: tree roots, holes, puddles, holes, raised soil, etc)
