1. Are work and storage areas free of excess debris, trash, and other unnecessary material?

2. Are all materials stored in tiers secured to prevent sliding, falling or collapse?

3. Are scaffolds free of materials that are not needed for immediate operations?

4. Are materials, equipment, and tools secured when not in use?

5. When power operated tools are designed to accommodate guards, are they equipped with such guards when in use?

1. Is there an identified "Drop Zone" when working at heights?

2. Are legible work areas signs posted, clearly designating a work zone area?

1. Has all equipment gone through a daily inspection before use?

1. Is a Stop Work Authority policy in place at the company? While a policy is not required, it is recommended that one is in place and discussed with personnel.
