Actions
2. Is the written hazard communication program periodically reviewed to make sure that it is still working and meeting its objectives and updated as necessary when new chemicals are brought into the workplace?
Actions
3. Is there a current inventory of hazardous chemicals used at the facility?
Actions
4. Are employees provided information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard is introduced into their work area?
Actions
5. Does the company ensure that safety data sheets (SDS) are readily accessible to employees in the work area during each work shift?
Actions
