Drivers can be gravely injured if slip and trip hazards are not properly identified. Use this OSHA inspection to minimize the risk of accidents and expensive repercussions to your business and employees.
1. Are aisles and passageways and outside areas properly illuminated?

4. Are openings greater than 2" in floor surfaces covered and marked ?

5. Are wires and cables, fans or fixtures from the ceiling hanging less than 7ft above the floor surface?

6. Is standing water or other liquid present on walking an working surfaces or in forklift aisles?

7. Are cables, cords and hoses that cross aisles or driveways enclosed in crush-resistant cable protector or rigid conduit?

8. Is there a drip cloth or barrier under all fuel driven or hydraulic equipment when it is positioned or stored in the same place for a period of time?
