This OSHA inspection should be used to ensure material is organized and risk is reduced when moving equipment and changing shifts at a work site, as well as properly stored and maintained when not in use.
1. Are fleet vehicles stocked with appropriate emergency supplies (flares, cones, flashlights, first-aid kit, etc.)?

3. Are procedures in place to review any vehicle modifications before they are made (e.g., adding trailer hitches, accessibility aids, changing tire/rim size, or window tinting)?
