Decrease the potential risk associated with hot work like welding and soldering. Use this inspection template to protect people and property from fumes, sparks and hot metal and check machinery and work area.
1. Are only authorized and trained personnel permitted to use welding, cutting or brazing equipment?

3. Are cylinders located or stored in areas where they will not be damaged by passing or falling objects or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons?
