Use this safety checklist to ensure your field workers' living quarters are safely located and adequate amounts of water, restroom facilities and shade to avoid heat-related illnesses will be provided.
1. Are adequate quantities of readily accessable, clean, suitably cool, potable drinking water provided for all employees engaged in hand labor operations?

2. Is drinking water dispensed in single-use drinking cups or by fountains? (Note: The use of common drinking cups or dippers is prohibited.)

3. Is one toilet facility and one handwashing facility provided for each (20) employees working 3 hours or more?
