1. Do elevated platforms have toeboards in place?

2. Are legible work areas signs posted, clearly designating a work zone area?

3. When equipment is lifting material overhead, is a parameter set up?

4. Are scaffolds free of materials that are not needed for immediate operations?

5. Are toeboards in good condition?

6. Are materials, equipment, and tools secured when not in use?

7. If safety nets are installed under work platforms, are they in good condition?
