Use this inspection to audit a fall arrest system before use.
1. Is the identification tag present?

3. Is there any damage to the webbing or straps of the harness? (fraying, rips, cuts, abrasions, burns, ect.)

4. Is the D-ring and all metal connectors undamaged and free of rust or corrosion?

5. Are all buckles secure and undamaged?

2. Are hooks free of damage, rust, and/or corrosion?

1. Is the carabiner free of cracks, damage, or other deformation?

5. Is the impact indicator NOT showing? If the impact indicator IS showing, remove it from service.
