Use this inspection for exit routes. Inspect exit doors for access and routes for proper egress.
1. Are exit routes free from obstructions? This includes any materials or equipment, permanently or temporarily in the exit route.

3. Are exit routes adequately lighted so an employee with normal vision can see along the route?

4. Is each exit clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit"?
