1. If grain dust is produced when harvested, dried, moved, stored and processed. Are dust masks used to avoid exposure to the dusts?

2. When digging a trench or installing a fence, the staff is instructed to locate underground utilities prior to starting work?

3. Employees wear eye protection when spray painting, grinding, drilling, welding, sawing, working in a dusty environment, or handling chemicals?

4. If a spill occurs, cleanup procedures are followed in accordance with the Safety Data Sheet and immediately?

5. Tractor operators are required to disengage the PTO, shut off the tractor engine, and remove the keys before leaving the tractor seat?

6. When hitching equipment, the helper is instructed to stand clear until the tractor is backed into position?

7. The staff provides an escape route, especially when working in close quarters, with sick, or injured animals, or under adverse conditions such as severe storms?
